FAQ
Common questions about digitizing, albums, and your gallery of photos and videos.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We currently ship within Canada. International shipping may be available in the future.
Can I add albums later?
Yes! Once stills are in your gallery, order albums from the dashboard or gallery. Extra pages are billed before we print.
What happens to my files after 30 days?
Your private gallery is kept for 30 days, then photos and videos are deleted. Cloud Vault ($4.99/mo) stores your archive indefinitely.
How is my shipping box sized?
We'll send packing instructions tailored to your order, including the recommended box size and how to protect your media before shipping.
Do I get my original tapes back?
Yes! After digitizing we ship your tapes and discs back to the address on the order.
What if a tape or disc is damaged or not a format you accept?
We may be unable to convert it, and we return the original without a digital file. We can refund the conversion charge for that item minus fees already incurred by Analog & Ink. We are not liable for the missing recording. The terms of service have the full detail.
