Who we are

Analog and Ink is an operating name of Fourground Labs Inc.

What we collect

When you order or create an account we collect your name, email, shipping address, order details, and notes you send us. Payment card data is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card number.

If you use the gallery we store the videos and stills we capture, plus optional album layouts and collections you create.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfill orders, return originals, send packing and status email, operate your account and gallery, print albums you order, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it lives

The site and API run on Cloudflare. Order and account records are stored in our database. Media files are stored in object storage. Email is sent through Cloudflare Email Service. Stripe processes payments.

How long we keep it

Gallery photos and videos are deleted after 30 days unless you keep Cloud Vault. Order, shipping, and account records are kept as needed to complete the job, handle returns, taxes, and support. You can ask us to update or delete account details where we are not required to keep them.

Cookies and sign-in

We use an HttpOnly session cookie after you sign in so the dashboard can recognize you. We do not store shipping addresses in the browser for later visits.

Your choices

You can download gallery files while they are available, cancel Cloud Vault from your profile, and recover account access with your email. For access or deletion requests, write to hello@analogandink.com.
